Varsity Wrestling: The wrestlers will compete Friday and Saturday at the Ultimate Warrior tournament. All matches will be live-streamed by PA Power Wrestling.
Wrestling: Schedule change for next week! Because of district duals, our Benton match is being moved for both JH and Varsity from Tuesday (1/28) to Monday (1/27) in Benton! Varsity will also wrestle on Wednesday but the location and team is still to be determined

Former SCA teacher and wrestling coach Marc Longenhagen was inducted in the District IV Wrestling Hall of Fame. A ceremony was held at last night's wrestling match to honor this great achievement. 🐅
Wrestling: Some information for ultimate warrior this weekend. We will be leaving after practice tomorrow (Thursday). After practice, wrestlers will have time to shower and get ready. We will have a team meal around 5pm in the cafeteria, and then head out to our hotel for the night. Wrestling on Friday has been bumped back to start at 1pm now. Saturday, wrestling will start at 9am.
There will also be a separate JV tournament on Saturday at 9:30am. I will notify all wrestlers that will be in it today. They will also travel with the team and will help us out Friday.

Southern Columbia Wrestling: Show your support tonight to the newest District IV Wrestling Hall of Fame Inductee Marc Longenhagen and the Senior Wrestlers. The Seniors and Marc will be honored before the match with Senior night starting at 7:00pm.
The JH and Varsity wrestling matches will take place in the new gym at Southern Columbia starting with the JH at 6pm and Varsity to follow. Please enter thru the front of the school. Both matches will be live streamed on Southern Columbia Athletics YouTube page.
Wrestling: remember practice 4-5:15 today!
For tomorrow's match, JH will start at 6. After the JH match, we will have our senior night presentation at 7, then a hall of fame presentation for about 5-10 minutes. Varsity bouts are anticipated to start around 7:20!

Wrestling: For the PHAC Duals on Saturday, they are at the Mifflinburg INTERMEDIATE School! Duals start at 10am, with weigh ins at 9. Wrestlers should be at the school for 7:20, we will leave by 7:30!
Varsity Wrestling: PHAC duals are at Mifflinburg Intermediate School Saturday 1/18/25 @10am. We will wrestle 6 matches.
Southern Columbia Bocce players received their varsity letters at their match against Central Columbia earlier this week. Way to go, Tigers!

The Southern Columbia Competitive Spirit team won First Place in their division, and they obtained the top overall score in the District IV competition on Saturday. They now move on to the 2025 Competitive Spirit Championships to be held January 30-31 at Santander Arena in Reading. 📣
