INDOOR T&F UPDATE: For those of you competing at the indoor Track & Field meet at Susquehanna University this Sunday (January 19th), the $20 entry fee must be given to Coach Donlan by 8pm tomorrow (January 16th). You can give cash or checks made out to SCA T&F boosters. You can also venmo Lisa-Donlan-68. Please email Coach Donlan if you are competing.
The Southern Columbia Competitive Spirit team won First Place in their division, and they obtained the top overall score in the District IV competition on Saturday. They now move on to the 2025 Competitive Spirit Championships to be held January 30-31 at Santander Arena in Reading. 📣

Wrestling: For anyone interested in getting an extra workout today, Coach Fulmer and I will be taking kids to Mecca for a 1pm practice. You need a USA wrestling card to practice. You can sign up very quickly online and it's only $10. If you want a ride, we will meet at the school and leave around 12:15 to head up! Great opportunity to get better!

Good luck to the competitive spirit team competing in the District IV Championships Saturday 1/11/25 @ Shamokin HS. They will try and qualify for the PIAA State Championships. The team should take the floor around 1:00pm.
2025 PHAC Wrestling Championships Info
Wrestling: Due to the possibility of a little snow, we're going to move up our depart time tomorrow to 6:45. Wrestlers should be at the school by 6:30am. Only the 13 starts will be attending, wrestlers will be notified tonight of who will attend
The first ever PHAC individual wrestling conference championships will take place Saturday 1/11/25 at Milton HS.
Wrestling starts at 9am and finals will be at 5pm.
Wrestling: Reminder that we need to be at the school Saturday morning by 6:50 since we leave at 7! The tournament is at Milton.
Next, Saturday's PHAC Duals (1/18) will be at Mifflinburg INTERMEDIATE School! More information to come next week!
The District 4 Wrestling Coaches Association is doing a scholarship in memory of Coach Jay McGinley this year. Last night at the Southern vs. MCA wrestling match we collect almost $500! Thank you to everyone who donated! This scholarship will help a great student athlete!
