Varsity XC: Please be at the school tomorrow morning before 6:45am. Registration is at 8am. Race time for girls is at 9am and boys 945am.

Jr High XC: Plan on meeting in the hallway by the trainer's room for practice tomorrow after school.
Varsity XC: Practice tomorrow is optional. If you do not come to practice, please go through a pre-race workout on your own (short easy run). For our race on Saturday at LVC we will be meeting by the trainer's room entrance at the high school for a 6:45am departure time. Race time for girls is at 9am and boys is at 9:45am.
