6th Grade STEM class made catapults out of popsicle sticks, rubber bands, and bottle caps. They launched marshmallows into a cup or to see how far and high they could propel the object. The class has been in the process of learning about simple machines and levers.

Third Grade students visited the High School on Friday to participate in Presidents' Day activities including an art activity, critical thinking, and writing. The Third Graders were assisted by Miss Hoffman's 9th graders, and the proceedings ended with students singing a song about presidents.
