There are three schools in the District, which serve approximately 1,229 students. This includes one elementary school, and one middle school and one high school, which are both under one roof. The elementary school enrollment is approximately 455. The middle school enrollment is approximately 397, and high school enrollment is approximately 377.

ANTICIPATED AVIATION EDUCATOR - STARTING 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and deliver engaging aviation-related curriculum. 

  • Conduct hands-on training sessions, including flight simulations and practical exercises. 

  • Inspire and mentor students, fostering a love for aviation and STEM subjects. 

  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in aviation technology and education methods. 

  • Collaborate with other educators and industry professionals to enhance the learning experience. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in aviation, education, or a related field. 

  • Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) or equivalent certification preferred. 

  • Experience in the aviation industry, minimum four years required. 

  • Strong communication and presentation skills. 

  • Passion for teaching and mentoring students. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

ANTICIPATED INTERVENTION SUPPORT SPECIALIST - STARTING 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Conducting assessments to identify students' academic, emotional, or behavioral challenges.

  • Analyzing student progress and using data to guide intervention plans.

  • Creating and implementing intervention strategies that target specific learning deficits or behavioral issues.

  • Collaborating with teachers, counselors, and parents to provide appropriate interventions.

  • Regularly tracking student progress and adjusting interventions as needed.

  • Keeping detailed records of interventions and student performance.

  • Reporting to parents and school administrators about progress.

  • Offering direct instructional support in subjects or skills where students are struggling.

  • Assisting students with emotional regulation, social skills, or behavioral management.

  • Providing resources for students, families, and teachers to support success.

  • Working as part of a team with educators, therapists, and other specialists.

  • Advocating for students' needs within the school system or other educational settings.

Qualification: 

  • School Counselor, or

  • Social Work (Bachelor’s/Master’s), or

  • School Psychologist, or

  • Teacher Certification with 5 years of experience working with students with severe behavioral needs, or

  • Bachelor’s degree with experience working with students with severe behavioral needs

HEAD GIRLS VARSITY BASKETBALL COACH (Status: open - accepting applications.) Position is responsible for coaching student athletes in game strategies and techniques to prepare them for athletic competition. Position motivates student athletes to develop an appreciation of the sport. Experience as a coach or assistant coach of the assigned sport at the high school or college level preferred. Must possess effective coaching techniques, skills, and a thorough knowledge of the rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques of the sport. Must also possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school administrators, parents, and students. DAY-TO-DAY SUBSTITUTE CLASSROOM TEACHERS. Provide classroom management and carry out lesson plans left by the teacher and fill-in for the day-to-day activities of the classroom teacher. Positions pay is $150.00 per day. Job Requirements: PDE Certification preferred but not required; Minimum: BA/BS degree in any discipline; PA Department of Education Clearances (Criminal Check, Fingerprints, Child Abuse); College education majors with 60 credits are also eligible to apply. SUBSTITUTE PARAPROFESSIONALS – $11.00/hour . SUBSTITUTE NURSES - Substitute Nurses to serve as day-to-day substitutes as needed for the building nurses. Must have RN or LPN license.
