The comprehensive planning process, established by the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE), is a data-driven and research-based approach to district and school planning. This process ensures that districts work toward common goals that align with PDE’s standards and replace the traditional Strategic Planning model.
As we move forward with the 2025-2028 plan, SCASD remains committed to using this process to align resources, set measurable goals, and enhance educational outcomes for all students.
