Annual School Laptop Return Notice
As the academic year draws to a close, we kindly remind all parents and guardians that it’s soon time to return the school-issued laptops, along with their cases and chargers. Please ensure these items are returned by May 28th.
Return Procedures:
High School Students (Grades 9-12): Please submit your laptop, case, and charger directly to the Technology Office in Room 103. You may do so after completing all exams and assignments that require the use of a laptop. Note that once returned, laptops will not be reissued until the following academic year.
Elementary and Middle School Students (Grades 1-8): Your laptop, case, and charger should be returned to your homeroom teacher at a designated time assigned by the teacher.
Fees for Unreturned or Damaged Items:
Missing Case: $10
Missing Charger: $10
Laptop not returned: $200
Irreparable Damaged Laptop: $100
Broken Screen: A fee will be assessed based on the student’s lunch status.
Please help us maintain our resources and avoid any charges by returning the items promptly. Thank you for your cooperation!
