Southern Columbia's Junior High Wrestlers turned in outstanding team and individual performances at the 2018 Pennysylvania Junior Wrestling State Championship, coming home with four medal winners and recognition as the tournament's top AA team. Winning gold medals and being crowned PJW State Champions were Gavin Garcia and Kole Biscoe. Also placing were Dyer Stine with a silver medal and Wes Barnes with a bronze. The Junior Tigers finished in second place out of 249 teams, trailing Waynesburg, a 3A school, by one and a half points. To our coaches and student-athletes, congratulations on a job well done! Keep on working hard!
