The Southern Columbia Area School District offers healthy meals every school day. Breakfast costs for all students are $1.60. Lunch costs for students in grades K through 4 are $2.25 and $2.50 for those in grades 5-12. Your child(ren) may qualify for free meals or for reduced price meals. The reduced price for breakfast is $.30 and $.40 for lunch. Please click this link to see if you qualify and to open a 2019-2020 Free and Reduced Meals application and click here for instructions to help you complete it. Each step of the instructions is the same as the steps on your application. The application must be filled out completely in order to certify your children for free or reduced-price school meals. If at any time you are not sure what to do next, contact Food Services Director Kathy Holleran at (570) 356-3457 or kholleran@scasd.us. You only need to submit one application per household, even if your children attend more than one school in the Southern Columbia Area School District.
