A secure way to donate electronically has been announced by the Southern Columbia Community Foundation. Effective immediately, donors can make monetary contributions to the Foundation through its newly-created PayPal account. The Foundation is a charitable, 501 (c) (3) organization formed by dedicated volunteers whose goal is to enhance educational opportunities for Southern Columbia Area's students. Since its incorporation in February 2017, the group has been very active supporting a variety of activities including SCA's Teacher Classroom Grants Program and Alumni Career Day. The PayPal option of giving, gives donors a secure way to donate electronically anywhere PayPal is available.
