Congratulations are extended to sophomore Emma Steely whose performance at the Pennsylvania FBLA State Leadership Conference earned her the right to compete at the association's National Conference this summer! Emma finished Fourth in the FBLA Principles and Procedures Competition which tests students' knowledge on all aspects of the FBLA organization including its bylaws, handbook, national competitive events guidelines, national publications, its creed, and national goals.  The FBLA National Leadership Conference will be held in Anaheim, California, on June 27th through July 3, 2017.

Kennedy Dorman: Ninth Place in Introduction to Business Procedures
Ellie Bryden and Alexis Burd: Seventh Place in Social Media Campaign
Jared Ebersole: Sixth Place Introduction to Information Technology
Marc Yeager: Fifth Place in Advertising
 
Pictured to the left, is Emily and FBLA Advisor Mrs. Lori Shively. According to Mrs. Shively, the group of students who attended this year's State Conference were one of the best-behaved groups she has taken in her 17 years leading the group. She was impressed with the manners, values, kindness and respect they consistently displayed throughout the Conference. "They represented our school very well!," stated Mrs. Shively.
